What you are agreeing to, what you are charged, and how to stop it in one message.
Last updated · August 1, 2026Plain English. Both subscription plans renew on their own until you cancel. You can cancel any time, from any device, and there is no fee and no minimum number of deliveries. Cancel before your next billing date and you are not charged again.

Prices exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout based on where it ships. Shipping is free on both subscription plans.
Auto-renewal
By placing a subscription order you authorise us to charge your payment method on the schedule above, automatically, until you cancel. The first charge happens at checkout; every charge after that happens on the same cadence without further action from you. This is stated at checkout before you pay, and again in your confirmation email.
Cancelling, skipping and changing
Email hello@imnoviembre.com. You can:
- Cancel outright.
- Skip the next delivery and keep the plan.
- Move your billing date forward or back.
- Switch between monthly and the 90 days in either direction.
Timing matters. A cancellation takes effect on the next billing date, so send it before that date to avoid the next charge. If a renewal has already processed but has not shipped, tell us and we will refund it.
The gifts
The welcome kit ships with your first order. The later gifts — the claw clip at month three and a free tube at month six — arrive with those deliveries if the subscription is still active. Cancel before then and you simply do not receive them. Gifts already delivered are yours to keep, always, including if you cancel or refund.
Price and product changes
If we change the price of a plan, we will email you before it applies to you, with enough notice to cancel first. We do not raise the price of a running subscription without telling you.
Failed payments
If a charge fails we will retry it and email you. If it keeps failing we pause the subscription rather than cancel it, so your plan and pricing are still there when you update the card.
