If it did not work for your skin, you should not be out the money.

The guarantee runs for 30 days from the day your order is delivered.

How to claim it
Email hello@imnoviembre.com with your order number and one line about what did not work. That is the whole process. We do not require a reason, a photo, or a phone call, and we do not run a retention script at you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of approval. Your bank usually takes another three to five to show it.
What is refunded
- The product. In full.
- Shipping you paid. Not refunded. It was spent getting the parcel to you.
Damaged, wrong, or missing
These are not returns and no window applies. Send a photo and we replace it or refund it, your choice. Do not ship anything back.
Where this does not apply
- Purchases from anyone other than us. We can only refund what we sold.
- A second guarantee claim by the same customer or household.
- Orders where the guarantee window has closed. Write to us anyway; we read every message.
