Shipping
When it leaves, what it costs, and what happens if it goes missing.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within two business days. Orders placed before 5pm Eastern on a business day usually go out the same day. We do not ship on weekends or US public holidays.
You get a confirmation email the moment the order is accepted, and a second email with tracking the moment the parcel leaves us.
Rates
| Order | Shipping |
|---|---|
| Any order of $40 or more | Free |
| Any order under $40 | $5.95 flat |
One rule, and it applies the same whether you subscribe or not. In practice that means the 90 days ships free on its own, while a single tube on the monthly plan or as a one-time order does not — two tubes clear it.
Where we ship
We ship across the United States, including Puerto Rico. If your country is not offered at checkout, we do not ship there yet — write to us and we will tell you when that changes.
Delivery estimates
Carriers typically deliver in three to seven business days after dispatch. Those are the carrier's estimates, not a promise from us, and weather, holidays and carrier backlogs move them. If your tracking has not moved in five business days, tell us and we will chase it.
Wrong address
The address you enter at checkout is the address we print. If you spot a mistake, write to us immediately — before dispatch we can fix it, after dispatch we cannot. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus the shipping we paid, or re-sent once you confirm a correct address.
Lost, stolen or damaged
If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, give it 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), then write to us. If it is genuinely gone, we replace it.
If the tube arrives broken or leaking, send a photo. We ship a replacement and you keep the damaged one — do not mail it back.
Risk of loss
Legally, title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes the parcel. Practically, we treat a lost or damaged parcel as our problem to solve, which is why the two paragraphs above exist.
