Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options and Rates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The following options are available:

Standard Shipping — 3 to 7 business days Expedited Shipping — 2 to 3 business days

All available shipping methods and their associated costs will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You may use this number to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. noviembre cannot guarantee modifications to an order once it has been submitted.
