Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and in accordance with hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. We ask that all return or exchange requests be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If your order arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@imnoviembre.com with your order number and supporting photographs so we may resolve the matter promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Incorrect items received
- Orders canceled prior to shipment
Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
