How do I get my link?
Tap the button at the top of this page. You enter the email you order with, and your personal link and code come straight back to you. Nothing to install and no account to remember.
What does my friend get?
20% off their first order, on any of the three plans. It applies at checkout when they use your link, so there is nothing for them to type in.
What do I get, and when?
$10 off your next order, credited once your friend’s order ships and their guarantee window has passed. We wait for that window so a refunded order does not leave you with a reward that was never earned.
How many people can I refer?
As many as you like. The credits stack, so three friends is $26 off, and that is more than a tube.
Does it work on subscriptions?
Yes, and it is where it works best. Your friend’s 20% applies to their first delivery on either plan. Later deliveries are billed at the normal plan price.
Can I use my own link?
No. A referral has to be someone new — a first-time customer at a different address and payment method. Self-referrals are caught and voided.
Can my friend stack it with another discount?
One discount per order. If a promotion happens to be better than 20%, your friend keeps the better one and the referral is still credited to you.
Does my credit expire?
It is good for 12 months from the day it lands.
What if my friend already bought from noviembre?
Then it is not a referral — existing customers do not qualify. Send them the subscription instead; that is the better deal for them.
